$140.00 per 45 minute session
$160.00 per 60 minute session
$185.00 per 60 minute Business Consultation - Systems Theory
Insurance:
Therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Currently, Raymond Cameron, LMFT is a provider for the following insurance companies and claims may be submitted to these insurance companies on the clients behalf:
- Aetna PPO
- Anthem
- Blue Cross
- Blue Shield
- HealthNet
- Kaiser (Southern California only)

If your health insurance is through a company not list above, clients may be provided a superbill upon request which they may use in an attempt to collect reimbursement directly from their insurance company. Any reimbursement depends on your particular insurance company and your coverage and should be discussed with your insurance company.
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis through our Scholarship Funds. Please contact the office in advance of scheudling a session to discuss this option.
Payment:
Cash and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
